We are honored to announce that our work with STATEMENT has won the 365: AIGA Year in Design  award for Brand & Identity Systems in the Entertainment & Sports category.

The 365: AIGA Year in Design competition is one of the most respected design awards worldwide, recognizing projects that exemplify innovation and impact. Our work with STATEMENT was acknowledged for its seamless integration of rare typefaces within a robust typographic system to ensure a cohesive brand identity that captures the essence of the STATEMENT platform across multiple languages. The full case study can be viewed here

Brand design is by far the largest category, and this year's results reaffirm the extent to which typography is playing such a defining role in building strong brands. ”

A bit about 365: AIGA Year in Design

The AIGA Year in Design competition was first launched in 1924 as "Contemporary Printing for Commerce." Since then, it has been called: "Printing for Commerce" (1925–1953); "Design and Printing for Commerce/Fifty Advertisements of the Year" (1954–1967); "Communication Graphics" (1968–2000); and "365: AIGA Year in Design" (2001–2011).

Selections from this year’s jurors of the 2023 competition can be viewed in the Winners Gallery.
